Requirements
K4Community Modules: Team Hub, Plus
A Spiro100 subscription is not needed for this integration.
End-To-End Experience
- The caregiver user will create a post in the Post Manager with a unique link to a Spiro100 library of videos
- The resident user will access the post in Plus and can interact with Spiro100 videos using the in-app browser (mobile) or their preferred browser (web)
Caregiver User Experience
- The caregiver user will create a post in the Post Manager with a unique link to a Spiro100 library of videos. This post should be published to “Resident App.”
Resident User Experience
- The resident user will access the Spiro100 post in Plus and can interact with Spiro100 videos using the in-app browser (mobile) or their preferred browser (web).
- The Spiro100 link opens a library of videos that the user can then view.
Friends & Family User Experience
This integration is not applicable to Friends & Family users.
