End-To-End Experience

Publishing a Google Meet Meeting link using Event Manager

  1. The staff user will create a Google Meet Meeting and copy the link to join the meeting
  2. The staff user will create an Event in Event Manager and toggle on “Virtual Event” and paste the Google Meet Meeting join link in the link field
  3. The staff user will schedule and publish the event
  4. Resident users can join the Google Meet Meeting at the scheduled time using Plus
